For Clinicians & Researchers

Help move promising science toward treatment.

You may see an unmet need in your clinic. You may have a finding in your lab that could lead to a treatment. You may know a promising program that stalled before it had the chance to reach patients.

Connovia is building a patient-driven therapeutics accelerator for Marfan syndrome and related genetic connective tissue diseases. Our proposed focus spans vascular, musculoskeletal, and ocular disease, with the ambition to protect life and improve how people feel and function every day.

Let’s meet at Science in Spain.

Founder Allison Pullins will be in Barcelona and would welcome a conversation about unmet patient needs, promising science, and opportunities to collaborate.

What opportunities are we looking for?

  • Existing medicines with new potential. Drugs that could be repurposed to address the biology or complications of connective tissue disease.
  • Promising programs that need a path forward. Academic discoveries or therapeutic candidates that have stalled because they need funding, further evidence, or a development partner.
  • New approaches to treatment. Emerging therapies that could change the course of disease, including opportunities that will require a longer path to development.

We are open to different approaches. Patient need, the strength of the evidence, and the feasibility of development will guide our priorities.

Your expertise can help shape what comes next.

Clinicians: Help us understand the problems that remain poorly treated, the changes that would matter most to patients, and the outcomes a meaningful treatment should improve.

Researchers: Share a therapeutic hypothesis, a promising finding, or a model that could help test whether an approach works. Help us identify the experiments needed to take the next step.

Drug developers and industry partners: Help us understand what evidence would make an opportunity ready for further investment and development. Explore whether an existing program could have potential for this community.

What Connovia aims to bring

Good science needs people, funding, and a plan to move forward. We are building Connovia to bring those pieces together.

Our role will be to define focused programs around patient needs, assemble the right expertise, raise funding for critical studies, and build relationships with partners equipped to carry treatments into clinical development.

We want to work with the people behind promising discoveries to establish what comes next and what it will take to get there.

Where we are today

Connovia is in its founding stage. Our immediate priority is to assess therapeutic opportunities and build the scientific relationships that will guide our first programs.

These early conversations will help shape where we focus, which questions we pursue, and the resources we need. If you see an opportunity we should understand, we would value your perspective.
